So i was wondering what you all do when you hit the gym in the last week before a show i do this..
Mon/Tue/Wed upper body workout 4 sets each BP 15-20 reps per set..
what do you do??

I have hit my upper body circuit style training, high reps maybe 2-3 sets and that's it. And obviously no legs. That last week is spent mostly posing. And stressing.

I don't change my routine at all. I do my last leg workout 8 days out from the show. This workout consists of high rep sets and supersets moving at a fast pace.
I don't like the train your whole body with few sets and high reps 3 days in the row when your carbs are low. I do my same workouts with just higher reps. My sets also stay the same.

Same thing for me! I know that this whole body training seems to be the generally accepted idea, but it's not for me.
