would it be wise to purchase a vasodialator such as Hot Stuff from pro tan for my contest, or is it a waste of money?

would it be wise to purchase a vasodialator such as Hot Stuff from pro tan for my contest, or is it a waste of money? Personally,I use it all the time.........increases my vascularity like crazy. Some people like it,some don`t.....................you`ll have to try and see for yourself really. I know that I piss a lot of people off backstage because they complain about their eyes burning..........it does irritate eyes,so be careful if you buy some.

Not a problem bro!! As soon as you go backstage to pump up,spray it on ,and make sure it is evenly distributed and not too thick, then pump up when it is time, and you are ready to hit the stage. ALWAYS put on the oil you are going to use first before pumping up................nothing worse than not being ready when they announce your name to pose. The HotStuff burns a bit,but to me it`s no biggie. As I said, make sure it`s even, and don`t go crazy with it................you do not want to have on excessive amounts or the bright stage lights will make you too shiny looking, which will definately hide your hard earned definition,as the light will actually reflect off of your body. Ask an experienced competitor for help backstage................most of the people I have met in this sport are great people who are always willing to help out. A nice thin even coat of oil is best!! Do NOT get any into your eyes or put any on your face.
