I certianly was a learning experience! The fat load isn't for me. I don't do very well with fat in the first place and this show showed me I don't need it precontest either. My body is a carb processing machine that needs to stay low fat. I got 5 again out of 6. I still had improved, had a blast, and as stated learned some very valuable lessons. It's all about the experience I guess
