Final downhill slope into the show. Feeling pretty good. Just tired. Made some final evaluations in my physique last night. I am very close to what I want to look at the show, but I also had to be very realistic. I am close, but still have work to do. I am still holding water and some fat in my abs, back, quads, and hamstrings. So I evaluated my diet again and made some adjustments effective this a.m. I cut my oatmeal in half this morning. Slightly adjusted protein intake by cutting about 25 grams off daily, which will put my intake at about 275 grams per day, due to I have been steady at 200 pounds for the last 7-10 days. I also may cut my post workout carb intake to 3/4's. Meaning instead of taking a whole baked potato, I may just eat 3/4's of it. I have increased my cardio by 15 minutes this week. Which puts it at 45 minutes per day. I have also shifted the workout to more conditioning and toning. Higher reps and less rest between sets. This is the following diet that I am currently on:
Meal 1: Protein shake 50 grams
1 packet oatmeal(sugar free kind) 26 grams
meal 2: Chicken breast with nothing on it. 35-40 grams
meal 3: Chicken breast
Meal 4: 1 1/2 Chicken Breast 45-50 grams
Meal 5: Pre-Workout(Superpump 250) 6 grams of Carbs in it.
During workout: Drink SizeOn throughout workout, ending at the time Cardio starts: 31 grams of carbs
Meal 6: Post workout: 1 1/2 Chicken breast 45-50 grams
3/4-1 full baked potato 26-30 grams
Meal 7: protein shake 50 grams.
Well that is where I am at now. This is effective today.
I am also taking a Herbal Diuretic right now to aid in shedding water.
I am tanning daily for 15 minutes and I am trying to increase my cardio throughout the day. I am trying to walk more at work.
Like I said, I am close, but I really want to look good at this show. I have great vascularity coming out all over, but still smooth in some places that I really want to be ripped.
