Do any of you guys use these when you pump up? I was watching Mark Dugdale's Driven and he uses them. He says they are the best for him. I was thinking of useing those to get a good stretch and getting the bands and then just flexing before goign on stage. I wanted some thoughts on this. My show is in 9 days so I can get them order asap WOW 9 days until show #1.... I'm EXCITED!

Yes, I use them. I did a show last week and they worked great. There were also a few other guys using them. The nice thing is that, depending on how you place them, you can hit many body parts from different angles--shoulders, traps, bis, back. I use pushups for chest and tris. You can also do static holds to really get blood to an area. The shows I've done have some dumbbells around but people are always using them, they get all oily, and you never really know what you'll have available. I highly recommend them, and good luck at your show!

They are definitely a great pump up tool because as Bob said the Db's that are backstage are not enough to go around! Take a heavy towel too so you can pump up your lats with some towel pulls.
