All in all everything is going well. I am so damn tired right now. Running on low. We are now within wieght range desired. dropping water now and looking the best I have looked. I am very excited. Trying to get all the prep done.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, but boy I wish it would hurry and get here.
Damn I am hungry. Just a note to let everyone know that we are still on course and it is looking really good.
More to come, when I get energy enough to type.

This is where the mental part of bodybuilding comes in--stay focused and mentally strong and you'll do it! Just think, this next couple of weeks will be just a tiny snapshot in time over the course of your entire life. In a month it will be over and barely a memory. What you will remember is the day you step on stage, and that experience will blur the fatigue and discomfort of the last few weeks. Make it all count for that day and do your best!

Thank you for the responses. Forge ahead. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, I just wish I could get there sooner. Everything is really shaping up. This a.m. I was ripped to the bone. Vascularity in places that I did not even know I had it. Last little pockets letting go and water is draining out. This diet is kicking my ass. It is sad when you look forward to eating salad, so you can just eat something. and damn it I am eating a crap load of it. I feel like a rabbit. Wow, I will be glad when that day arrives, when I am able to step on stage and get the show on the road. That is what I am trying to focus on right now. Them hour long cardio sessions are kicking my butt, but the results are well worth it. the last little bit of fat is coming off nicely.
We will forge ahead brother and sisters. We are going to win this damn thing, come hell or high water. All out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Counting the days brother. We will make it. I just took a walk around my complex at work. It woke me up and I got a small cardio session out of it. feeling much better now. Ate my chicken and salad. Feel much better. Amazing how salad can make you feel full when there is nothing in it. Even that rice cake sounds yummy at this point in time. I am so looking forward to that post contest meal. You know, the one you leave the contest venue and find the nearest eatery available. YAHOOO!!!
