Count em, 9. Holy sh*tz. It is almost here. Momentum is building. I found out yesterday that the field is going to be pretty full, so it is going to be an all out war. Did my last leg workout last night before the contest. Did not have much fuel in the tank, but I still managed to torture them somewhat. They are pretty tight this morning and a little sore, so I must have did a little good. One more day of low carbs, before I start depletion for 72 hours. Then we finally get to start carbing up for the show. Lots of posing practice coming up the next week. My last cardio session is tomorrow.
I think we are right on schedule and everything is looking good. Just have to try and focus on the end now. I am pretty nervous and excited at the same time. I just want to do my best. My wife is not real supportive and nobody else around to really discuss anything with, except you guys. Just need to hear some good words of encouragement and motivation. I just wish my damn wife would just give me a little, but hell no. It is more labor than it is worth right now.
Well time to eat a chicken breast and salad with red wine vinegar on it. Yummy. Actually lately, it has been pretty damn yummy.
Later my friends,
Massiv

Bob,
That is freakin hilarious. I hate when that happens. You inhale it and wonder where did it go?
Thanks to all of your guys support. Day and a half left of depletion. We are going to make it. Sure tired right now though. Up all night going to the bathroom. I am like a zombie.

I made it through the first depletion workout and I kicked ass. I don't know where it come from, ,but we put it down. We left nothing to chance. I was amazed. I am finally over the hump. The crappy feeling has subsided and I am finally fully focused. No more starving feeling. I have finally came full circle. Mind you, I am in my second day of depletion on about 30 grams of carbs(maybe if that) and we are more focused now than ever before. WE ARE GOING TO DO IT BROTHERS AND SISTER. I OWE IT TO THIS BOARD FOR THE MOTIVATION AND SUPPORT THAT YOU ALL HAVE GIVEN ME.
TIM AND GERRY T. YOU GUYS ARE TOPS AND DON'T EVER LET ANYONE EVER TELL YOU DIFFERENT. TIM, YOU A FREAKIN GENIUS. I HAVE FOLLOWED YOUR SCRIPT AND UP THIS POINT WE ARE RIGHT ON THE MONEY. GOOD THINGS ARE GOING TO HAPPEN MY FRIENDS AND YOU WILL ALL BE THE FIRST TO HEAR ABOUT IT. 4 MORE DAYS.
