To study what you could of done better? I bought from my show the DVD of my show and also the pictures from the photographer to see what I could of done better posing wise and also to compare myself with my competition for next time. Do you guys who compete do the same?

Not a bad idea to do that. Besides the reference, it's a nice souvenir of the show and your participation.
I've made suggestions to some competitors based on vids of previous shows, so it can be a very good learning tool.

Chan, I ordered a video and photo's. I figure they would be great for motivation and learining what I could have done better for the next contest. I would recommend it.

I always buy both for at least one contest every year! As Gerry said, it's a great souvenir and it's also a great way to see the improvement years after years! (In 20 years, it would also be the only proof that you didnt always had your beer belly ;D)
But i dont think buying it more than once a year, even if you do many contests during the year, would worth the money!

I always have black and whites done for me at each show,.... if the official photographer is the only one "allowed" to shoot, I make sure he/she knows what I want beforehand, as I am more than happy to pay any extra costs. I find that black and whites are the absolute best for evaluating the physique. All my videos are bootlegged!!! ;D

KEITH: "I'm a BOOTLEGGER BABY!" hahaha I bought the video at one show and I'm glad I did. I wish I had the video of the show I did last year as I NAILED my posing routine and the house was going off! I never did get it though. I also have never gotten any good pictures from a show. I wish I knew the best way to have friends/family capture the moment onstage.
