I am currrently in the midst of choreographing a routine for a lady who has an unusual bodyshape-she is primarily ecto with a boyish torso(no discernible waist and small lats) so I have stayed away from lots of front on and back on poses that emphasise this..the problem is,I cannot construct a routine full of side or angled poses only... suggestions please!!

Maybe a Lee Priest arms up victory pose would work. Or maybe an on one knee pose. Attention is moe drawn to the legs.
Vary the side poses. Maybe side chest and then one arm up into a bicep shot from that. Or twisting shots might work as well. Practicing in front of a mirror will show good and not so good poses.
Hope this helps a little.

I was thinking the Lee Priest style pose would work Gerry...I will try the twisting ones also.. Thanks for the tips!

I find the trwisting poses work well for me too. They seem to shrink/hide the midsection and give the shoulders and legs a wide look. I always finish my evening routine down on one knee, doing a twisting rear double bicep while crunching my back and shoulders together. Takes the eyes away from my abs (don't ask!), and shows a lot of mass in the back and arms. If you can stetch the legs out a little, you also get a nice hamstring, quad and calf shot too!
