I'm flying into cincy for my show next saturday but I leave on Thursday and have to sit in O'Hara thats chi for 2 hrs utnil my flight. Reason was it was teh cheapest I coudl get it for so I'll deal with it. I think Thursday I'll be carb loading so wonder if it's easier to just to pack my food I need in my suitcase and then whatever I need to eat outside in my bookbag. How has anyone esle who flys to show done? Thanks!!

You are usually allowed 2 carry ons. One carry on should be all your food for the day and some extra just in case "something" happens.

I haven't flown in over a year but I would recommend that you call the airline you are flying with just to be sure what you can or cannot pack in your carry ons. Not sure about the US but I know here in Canada you can't even bring your own beverages (bottled water) past security check in, however you can buy it at one of the airport stores after the security check. I don't know any restrictions for food but it is better to be safe than sorry.

I called up a friend who works for TSR and he said I can bring on my yams so I'll be ok. The rest of my food will be in my luggage.
