Quick question and hopefully tonight I can get on here and do some serious Bullshi**ing.
I have leveled out my wieght loss. Bodyfat is still coming off slowly. 5 weeks from today. How do I finish this show off? I am at about 6.5-7 percent BF. Maintaining my bodywieght for last 3 weeks, but getting visibly more cut. I am going to increase Cardio this Monday. I am thinking about leaving the diet alone and just manipulating my cardio now. Suggestions. Everything else is right now course.
I am about 10 pounds heavier than last year, but alot less bodyfat to work with. Second guessing everything that I am doing. I know, you here this all the time. Just need some good words of encouragement.

You are doing great! 6.5 to 7 % ain't bad Bro!
I can just share my experience, but there are some here that have a lot more then me.... ;D
My first show I did, I got a little nervous and started kicking up the cardio, but ended up coming in 8 lbs too light, and lost too much mass...so be careful with kicking up cardio.
IMO if everything is on track, don't fix what ain't broke! I'm sure someone here will have some diet suggestions for minor tweaks, but again, if it's all good, leave it alone.
I always get nervous 2-3 weeks out of contest and do the same thing. NOW is NOT the time to try something new.
Keep on track. One goal. One mind. Persitence is key.
" Remember.....if an eagle chases TWO rabbits, he will go home hungry!"
;D Push On!

Thanks for the advice brother. I needed to hear it. We will stay the course and modify daily, but for right now, we are well on track.

Where is your diet at now? If you cant stand to go any lower, just pick up the cardio. Always better to expend more energy than to cut more cals IMO...

It depends of your current diet… can you give some details? Proteins, carbs, fat? Also, what is your bodyweight?

Will be in touch, John. Sounds like you are on track and better than last year. Also think it is just a matter of more cardio. Make sure you schedule a morning session before you eat. Cardio is most effective on an empty stomach. Keep it going , brother.
