Hello all,
Sorry I have not been on here but this is why. I am 23 days out and everything is perfect. I am ahead of schedule and my weight has leveled off at about 196-198 for the last 3 weeks. my body fat percentage is about 5-5.5 percent. I have not cheated on my diet at all for 9 weeks. I am currently doing the 2 low carbs days, 2 moderate carb days, and 1 high carb day routine. Low carb is about 53 grams, moderate is 151 grams and high is about 351 grams. All carbs come from sweet potatoes, baked potatoes, brown rice and oatmeal. Protein is steady at 290 grams per day. Everyone says that I look great and that I am way ahead of last year, but here is the kicker. I don't even have energy to practice posing. My training has been cut back to just enough to get a good pump in the muscle and my cardio has been cut back to 4 15 minutes sessions on the stair stepper per week. I have absolutely no energy at all. That is why I have not been on here. No energy to even come down stairs to get on the computer. I eat salads on my low carb days with cucumbers in it. I put Red Wine Vinagar on it for dressing. Protien comes from Red meat, Chicken, egg whites and protein shakes. I am about to die from day to day. Please help with suggestions. I also take two spoons full of natural peanut butter per day. Nothing is helping with energy. I take tons of over the counter vitamins/minerals. Sports supplements out the ass, but the only reason I can still workout is taking Nano Vapor. Please help. Glutes, lower back and hamstrings are about 85-90 percent in. Cuts in triceps and cross cuts in quads are in daily now. please help, I don't want to loose this shot.
Please I need you guys now badly.

John, maybe you should see a doctor? Seems unnatural based on what you are doing that energy should be so adversely affected.
I'll try to call you later.

I did some research and got some advice from a doctor. He stated that my adrenal gland is the culprit. So I researched that and found that the adrenal gland is responsible for stress management in the body. So I checked to see how to rememdy this matter and found that increasing my dosages of B vitamins will assist greatly. So I have jumped my dosages up 4 times what I was taking and "Wow" what a difference a few hours have made. This is coming of 2 low carb days and I feel 100 percent better in doing this than anything else. Maybe this will work. I will advise.

Tim,
I thought I was going to rip my eyes out with a dull, rusty fork earlier, but I feel better now. We are far ahead of last year in the overall picture. I am pleased with where I am at, but the last two weeks sucked pretty bad. the heavy dose of B vitamins today has helpled a bunch. Still feeling pretty drawn and tired, but if you say that is where I should be, then that is where I should be then. 22 more days. I am getting pumped now. Did arms tonight and let nothing stop me from killing them. Plenty of energy and finished off with 15 minutes on the stair stepper. I have cut cardio in half due to my body responded so quickly this time. I am just watching in the mirror and judging day to day on how much I will do and if I should try anything. Beckie, I am so excited to show you guys the result. Just being able to get back on here is making a difference. I know many of you are competing now or have recently, so I depend on your sound advice to carry me through. I will be back on tomorrow to give an update on the B vitamin issue, but so far so good. Pounding the water down. Take care.

This is what bodybuilding is about. If you are not feeling like sh*t the last month, then you are doing something wrong. This is what it takes to get the last bit of fat off.

John: I know you are on track and am honored that I'll get to see you compete this year. You're going to do great. A guy as truly dedicated to the sport as you are is few and far between. I think some folks up here in Denver are going to be shocked when you show up here in a few weeks

Well guys- looks like Massiv has taken a much needed break from the board as he has been in his final prep stage of tomorrow's show. I hope he'll let me snap a few pics of him so that I can post some LONG AWAITED pics of him.
Everyone wish him well. Personally, I think he's going to kick some major a%%. #bflexsmiley1vs#

John won the Master's 35-39 class and won Master's overall. He took 3rd in the Open LHW. Conditioning was amazing- particularly in the abs and legs- legs were nuts.
The competiiton was stiff and John did great- he was great last year and way ahead this year from last.
