Hello all,
Still not getting on here as much as I would like, but I am here and I read alot. Battle is going much better and I can see the light at the end coming quickly. We are well on track to make my best showing ever. I am very excited. I know that many wants to see pictures, but I have none and I don't know how to get them on here. I need your opinions more than anything now. I feel on the inside that I have made the proper changes and worked my ass off all off season and I think it will be a success. Either way, as Tim states, "if you show up better than the last time you competed, then you have already won". This is so true. More than anything, this is a contest against yourself. The battle lies within, not with anyone else. It is you and you alone that does this and you either reap the rewards or suffer the loss, but if you give your best, then you are a winner no matter the out come. This has been quite an emotional journey so far. I don't know why, but I get choked up thinking about the contest and winning. Hell, you all know that we are a basket case this close.
Training is going very well and diet is dead on. STill a little skeptical on how I will proceed this time into the last week, but we are formulating a game plan. Suggestions are welcome. Must go and practice my posing.
Everyone take care and even if I am not posting, remember that I am here and watching you guys. You are my family and I apologize for not being here more, but I am trying.
