So, a little less than 3w out now... Just wondering when everbody typically stops cardio. I have been goingn 45-50 min 1st thing in the morning... BF% is dropping quickly, and kind of worried about my pathetic energy levels... Last time, stopped about 7d out... worked ok, but coming in bigger and better this time... Should i just keep it rolling?

Metabolism has a lot to do with it. If you're dropping fat too fast, might want to cut back to maybe 20-30 minutes.
Someone I worked with dropped it altogether last two weeks. Depends on the individual.

Most definitely agree with Gerry. Depends on how much fat you have left to lose.

It does depend on where you are-for my last show I kept going until the Thursday before as I still had 'lard' to lose

I am doing it until all fat is gone. Then I will stop Yep. Which means I'll be running to the contest venue, which is a 2 1/2 hour drive...

Keep going until your bodyfat % is at the expected level! At 3 days out maximum, stop it and concentrate on glycogen replishment… because at this point, it's not time anymore to lose fat, but to make sure you wont look flat on stage!

I do it at times right up to a few days before the contest.......it all depends on how I look or how I feel psychologically.
I do however try not to tax the legs too much.......just walking outdoors on a track, or on a treadmill with a slight incline....nothing too tough though that might cause the quads to hold water/fluid.

As many rules to this game as there seems to be, the TRUTH is there are NO RULES!!!! You do whatever you gotta do. If that doesn't work, learn from it and move on.
We learn from our mistakes not our successes
