Well guys, 13 days out... Just thought I'd give an update... Sitting at 200-201# morning weight... BF low (5%)... Salt loading currently with 2 packets per meal... Last cheat meal was today... Will miss those.... I know that not everybody cheats this close to a show, but I feel ok enough to fill out a bit. Still training heavy... Energy and endurance are finally starting to fall and fall fast... 45-50 min cardio 1st thing in the am... Having tough time at home... this is where it gets rough for the family... Temper seems to be flaring at everything... That is totally not like me, but seems to be the way things go this close... Last individual work outs this week... Leg mon, Shoulders tue, Back thr, chest fri, amrs sat... Anyway, time to roll... diet is the real deal now... Anybody have any opinions on carb depletion/loading... trying to decide if I need to.... anyway... holla!

just take it one meal at a time and if you feel the need to have an emotional explosion walk outside and count to 10-works well for me!

Hey man. Sounds liek you have all your ducks in a row and from your pic's I am sure that you do. You will be great! Good luck.. Just relax and ride it in! The last week? we'll thats a tricky one!!

Have you trialled deplete/loads before? If not it would pay to ask Eric(EBA84) as he's the resident expert on this!

I have depleted and loaded for every show, but I do it differently every time as I am always searching for that "perfect" groove...if it exists ;-)... Anyway, will search for some info on it. Will start depeting on Sunday.... Hope to post some pics tomorrow...
