I think I am going to rapid fire train on Mon and TUes and be done with resistance work following that. I am planning on 2 movements per body part for 2 sets of 10-12... moderate to light weight and no leg resistance training... Here is what I have for monday right now and possibly Tues as well
DB shoulder press 2x10-12 Bent over DB flys 2x12 Flat DB press 2x10 Cable Flys 2x15 Front pull down 2x10-12 Back Extensions 2x15 Rope Tri PD 2x10 Dips 2x10 Mach preacher curl 2x10 Hammer curl 2x10 Strecth for 10-15min all muscle groups Pose 10min
Seems like alot, but weights will be low... just looking for a small pump... hope to train in under 1hr.... ANy suggestions???

I do something similar but I do more reps to help try to deplete glucose/glycogen,and I train upperbody daily until Wed. or Thurs.
No leg work asfter Monday and then it is very light and fast.......cardio depends on how I`m looking but I usually do it up until wed. or Thurs. also if for nothing else just to feel good mentally.
Lots of water also!!

I don't normally deplete and load but what I usually get clients doing is 3 full body circuits(no legs) with reps in the 12-15 range and very little rest in-between

I like not to do any drastic changes before a contest so my training schedule is not a lot different from what I usually do!
I train legs for the last time 6 days of the show… and train the rest of my muscles groups once, 5, 4 and 3 days out! So it looks like this:
Sunday: Legs - calves
Monday: Chest - Tris - Abs
Tuesday: Backs, traps, Forarms
Wednesday: Bis, shoulders
The only difference, is that I increase the targeted reps range and I try to have less rest in between sets!
