Hi all, ny name is Gino, i'm 45 and i live in Ft myers Florida. I have been working out since March of 2003, and there so much more i must learn about fitness and muscle growth. It's like learning to speak a new language fluently. Last year, in March i was 27% bodyfat, unfit, and felt miserable with my and body and mind. Today, after a dedicated effort, i am fairly ripped and am 9% bodyfat. I train every day, apart from sunday, but want to progress further, and it's getting critical to do the right thing. I have so many questions, and still have doubts as to how i should achieve better results. My objectives are not to become huge, but i want to become totally lean and muscular.

Gino, welcome to the board, glad to have you here!
We all have a lot to learn,no doubt.
I`ve been training since 1968 or 1969, and I have done ton`s of contests, but I still learn something new almost on a daily basis.
This is one sport/pastime where you are never satisfied, and that assures that you will keep making progress.
Looking forward to your input .

Hey, Gino. Welcome. I'm just getting serious at age 45 myself.
From 27 to 9 in about a year .. that's encouraging news for me.
