I signed up a couple of weeks ago after Tim posted an article about carb cycling on bb.com forum. I was getting ragged by the "big boys" on no carb diets. Thanks for pulling me in Tim. Also like to thank all of the feedback that I received on my cutting diet question post. I am 9 days in on the carb cycling and dropped 1.8lbs already. I just started lifting in October 2005. Im not in to competing but I want to look like I compete .....

yes..i notice alot of people are like that over there.
Learning alot of what i know today from Tim himself...
like he once told me "kids/people today read too many articles"
of course he probably doesn't remember saying that to me.. ;D

Don`t forget Max,you just started training back then. I would advise anyone who has been training a while to read everything they can get their hands on......but not a beginner.
