 Hi! I've been on a couple other forums but haven't had a lot of time to post lately. Found my way over to this one, looks like a great place. Lots of info, friendly members and even a women's section so I don't feel so intimidated when posting my work outs. ;D Have always been active in sports all my life but just recently started weight training. Began with a few dumbbells in my basement, got hooked, joined a gym in December and now I'm addicted. Looking forward to starting a journal here and sharing my journey as I work toward my goals.
