Hello all: Well I'm been outta commision where this board is concerned since last December. I made some big mistakes bodybuilding-wise but I'm back bigger and BADDER than ever.... I crashed and burned and took some time off but now have been on track since end of May. Started a 180 and now up to 193lbs- all solid gains. Ok.. well anyway ;D ... great to be back- I always found this group MAJORLY supportive and I'm looking forward to contributing as well now that I'm back. Glad to see that you're still around MASTERSCHAMP as well as HOSS.. oh and of course you too TIM- but it's your board so you better be here!! Mike

Welcome.... back!
Although I'm pretty new here myself.
13lb solid gain in 2 months is not bad at all!! Hope you keep it up.
The "mistakes" you refer to; if they aren't to personal or annoying to repeat may I ask what they were? I am always tempted to ask people to share them so that I don't make the same ones.

Welcome Back Mike! Bodybuilding mistakes are essential! Without them, we would not learn and improve!
Good to see you back!

Mike,
I am new here, but welcome back. I live in Colorado myself, where you at? I live in Montrose. 60 miles south of Grand Junction. I sure would like to have a fellow board member that I could bs with locally.

I know where Montrose is- and for those of you who don't know about Colorado, Massiv lives in a really beautiful area of the state. Massiv- my wife and daughter and I went through there when we went down to Telluride a few years ago.

It is breath taking where I live. That is why I am still here. I love it. I love to hunt and fish. This is the place where I can do both, plus do whatever else I enjoy. Or as my wife says "all you think about is bodybuilding". I just tell her " no dear, remember in October I go hunting for a week". She just growls at me. It is really a beautiful place.

I am headed up in the morning to the Sierra's for some fly fishing on the tuolomne River hoping to catch a few native trout in the upper rivers, German browns and raindbows also.

Hey man: Been meaning to reply to your post for a long time- sorry for the delay!! I guess I can sum up my mistakes by giving advice from what I learned- here are the points: 1. It's OK to make bodybuilding a VERY important thing in your life- just remember there are other things MOST important like family. 2. Don't overtrain- work your a$$ off, but if you start feeling really fatigued, rest up! 4. Don't overdo ANY kind of supplements. They are a very valuable asset to building your body however you have to be careful- more isn't always better. 5. Don't let the emotional part get the best of you= be patiend- as they say Rome wasn't built it a day so don't expect you can be Mr USA in a years time. There ya go!!! I've learned alot from the mistakes I made last fall. I'm coming into this again a MUCH smarter person.
