PINEAPPLE. Pineapples are apart of the bromeliad family of nutritionally packed foods. They have the enzyme bromelian and are packed with a good efficient amount of antioxidant 'c'. Bromelian is a very good enzyme to have in your fruits. It can help with healing. Also it can reduce swelling in injuries such as sprains, and bruises. Bromelian, with an added bonus can also relieve indegestion. Oh we cant forget vitamin 'c'. Vitamin 'c' can reduce the severity of colds and flu's, and metabolize's fats and cholestrol.
