What is the "Protein Benefit"of Egg Whites?

I buy eggs by the case......eat 10 or more egg whites at least once a day if not twice or more at times.

Terry and I go through ALOT of eggs a week!!!! When you have two people into this it makes it interesting! In fact, last week, we did not realize we were running low already and I went to make my eggs and he went to make his at the same time and we clashed. We both got irritated, so, being the WONDERFUL wife that I am, I sacrified my eggs and had....what else...chicken So I give Ya a "BOOYA!!!!!"

I like raw egg whites as long as they're blended. They always seemed to do a better job than powdered protein supps if the "side effect" of increased sperm production is any sort of accurate gauge. ;D
I stopped using them, however, when I discovered the avidin they contain will strip your body of biotin like nobody's business! I think I'll start using them again one day a week - either back & biceps day or leg day. I'll be supplementing biotin daily, however.
Anyone consuming massive amounts of raw egg whites (and no yolks), please check out symptoms of biotin defficiency and consider biotin supplementation.

I don't ever go with just whites. If i'm to the point in a diet where I have to worry about the fat from a couple of eggs a day then I'm at the point where I don't want the extra sodium too. I keep 1 whole egg in until the time I cut eggs out. Normally I will use 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites per protein shake up to three a day. Add to that the 8-10 eggwhite omlet or scambles (adding in of course another one or two whole eggs) and I will go through up to 7 1/2 dozen a week.
Anyway - there's no way I can live w/o my eggs.

Anyway - there's no way I can live w/o my eggs. I CANNOT live without my eggs either!!! One whole egg and my egg whites!!! I love them...I actually CRAVE them at times!!!!! Yes, I am a weirdo!!!!!

I must be the only one that HATES eggs,especially egg whites-blech!! I can only stomach them if they are part of an omelette with some meat and/or sweet potato.
