Joe Meeko won a slew of contests during the early to late 1980`s........also placing high in others. 1983 AAU Mr. North America Winner 1984 AAU Mr. America Winner 1987 NABBA USA Nationals Winner 1988 AAU Mr. Universe Winner He had a great physique as I`m sure you`ll agree after seeing these pics.

Joe is a member here but hasn`t posted in a long time now......he sent me a free pair of his Power-Grips which are great for backday......much better than straps. I`ll post a link to his site later.

Always liked Joes Physique, since the first time I saw him on IronAge. Haven't seen a lot of the pics you posted here Tim. Good finds! Now, how can I get my hands on a pair of free Power-Grips?

Great symmetry and size. He looks alot better than the freaks winning shows today. He actaully looks healthy!

wow, talk about a blast from the past. Joe was one of the first guys I admired when I started in the early 80's. Awesome conditioning!
