Thanks, Tim! Have not been in touch with Wong in quite a while but he is as awesome a person as an athlete. He used to live in NYC at one time and met him at the shows. He won the overall at Eastern USA one year but could not compete nationally because he was not a U.S. citizen (there is no citizenship restriction at the regional level). He earned pro status in his native Malaysia. He has competed well at NOC and other events. And he recently revamped his web site, www.wonghong.net

Yeah, it seems he won't be living in the US anymore as he opened up a gym in his native Malaysia. Hope to see him on stage soon. Hey maybe he can do the PDI federation.

Guy has a great physique. The only thing I see on him, is his ultra high lats. Makes Dexters Lat Spread look like Franco Columbu. Otherwise, I wouldn't mind looking like that at all.

He looks fantastic......ultra tiny waist, and mega quads!! #arockon6ha#
I think he`s done competing, for now anyway as he says he`s trying to focus on building up his gym business in Malaysia.

Probably a smart move on his part. He can make a steadier and more stable living from the gym than form competing. From what I understand, the sport has really become popular in that part of the world.
And he certainly his own best advertisement!
