alright alright, Everyday as I become more and more educated on the principles of gaining mass I hear a few things EVERYDAY that makes me wonder if im even correct....here are a few skeptics I here of. Natural bodybuilders training 2-3 times a day? can this happen. I was on Ken Yasuda's website and he said he trains 3 times a day even during dieting!!! Don't train until muscle failure. This whole time I have been killing to get that last rep in; is this saying the last rep is sh*t? just as long as your stimulate the fibers good enough? Eat big to get big. I agree the caloric intake needs to be bigger then that of a cutter's intake but everytime I eat big (like now, BIG eating for me is a few extra servings of oatmeal a day, thats it!) I feel FAT. Am I bloated? If somebody could help me out here with these I'd be greatly appreciated. take care everyone Brandon

Hi Brandon! Here is my opinion: Natural bodybuilders training 2-3 times a day? can this happen. I was on Ken Yasuda's website and he said he trains 3 times a day even during dieting!!! ---------- I dont think that's a productive way to train for a natural bodybuilder! I am not saying that it's impossible to achieve great results that way, but i think that a minority of natural bodybuilder will! Your muscle progress during rest... we shouldnt forget this! Don't train until muscle failure. This whole time I have been killing to get that last rep in; is this saying the last rep is sh*te? just as long as your stimulate the fibers good enough? ------------- Train to failure every set?? This is my number one principle! Intensity is the only way to progress with the charges you lift... and the charges you lift are connected with the muscle you build! But for sure, if you train to failure every set you will do less total sets and if you dont want to overtrain it's ok that way... Eat big to get big. I agree the caloric intake needs to be bigger then that of a cutter's intake but everytime I eat big (like now, BIG eating for me is a few extra servings of oatmeal a day, thats it!) I feel FAT. Am I bloated? --------- Eat big: Yes. Eat intelligently: Yes. So continu to improve your knowldge and experience on nutrition and you will know how to eat big, eat clean and adapt it for your body! I hope it can help! Mo

When natural you must strike the right ballance between stimulating growth and getting enough rest for recovery. There must be recovery before growth. If a muscle group is still sore from a previous workout and it is due to be done , I will give it another complete day of rest. Thats how I deal with it, to me it avoids overtraining and injury. Remember you grow when you sleep and when you are well nurished, not while you are in the gym, also a good solid 9 hrs of sleep is a must for me.
