Hey guys , my first post. Anyways freshman year i was in football training as a tightend/ linebacker. I had hurt my back on the first day of off season. Turned out that i had popped 3 discs out of place and i have shoireman's kyphosis which is the femur slipin out of joint. All throu that year i went throu some pretty bad back pain. Trust me you know when a vertebrae column is injured. I have been training a little bit which is alot compared to how i see but i know i can still train more. I went to the doctor about a week ago and im good to go for next season. Now im not jumping into offseason yet. Want to train for Baseball. Lately i had been practiceing , (want to be a pitcher) Lately i have been getting some pretty bad shoulder pains. I know , sounds like im falling apart at just the age of 15. Anyways if there are any pitchers that could give me some tips of form for pitching it would be a big help.

Sorry to hear about your injuries Phil, and not too sure about how many baseball players might be here. Good luck to you, and welcome to the board.
