Well...today when i came back from the gym and driving home..i felt my back was a bit uncomfortable. When i was in the gym...it felt fine..nothing at all...
When i went home i took a nap...and now have waken up to talk to you about it.... ;D
but anyway...i don't know what is wrong. My only guess is that it could of been that Calf Machine thing. I did calf raise 180...and before it used to feel like the machine was crushing me...cause i always felt some sort of feeling in my spine. But today..i felt nothing..and thought WOW. Now i'm wondering if it is hurting now because of that. My back was fine all day! This is kind of scaring me.

Take some anti-inflammatory pain relievers.Lay on your back on a flat surface and put your feet up with your knees bent.Like on the floor in front of your couch.Try a heating pad and get someone to rub the area.If you go to a doctor he will give you muscle relaxers in most cases.You sound like you have the donkey calf raise pad resting to high on your back. It should be on your lower back just above your ass. And your body should be parallel with the pad.
