I feel a sting on my right shoulder whenever i do pressing movements like DB benchpress and DB shoulder press.....I feel it too in Smith machine shoulder press but not as much...and i used to feel it during benchpress....
any help?

I use to have a sting also when I did bench press then shoulders the next day. I since started doing chest then back then shoulders and it seemed to go away. Take a look at your training rotation and different exercises and see if switching it up helps. Just a thought.

i can't say really...i guess lateral deltoid?or front.
this feeling comes and goes...like this week on shoulder day..i felt fine ...
but on like the week before...i felt it. so i don't know what's going on...maybe i need a good stretch in my shoulders.
