Today on my last set on my flat benchpress.....at the very last rep...it felt like blood was rushing to my head...and my leg position all of a sudden went off the floor...and sort of pushed agaist the metal legs of the bench....i still made it through the rep though..but once i got up...i felt a bit dizzy.
any explanation why this happened?
All i could think of is that i some how lost focus...

Breathe , pay close attention to that. I always take a few deep breathes before starting my excercise and fill my blood stream with plenty of oxygen.

yea...i sometimes forget to breathe ..as in filling my body with the air i need.....
And because of that....i may fail at some reps.....
gotta breathe ;D
