Pulled my calf doing leg press the other day. 18 plates came crashing down on me. I was trapped like a rat. Luckily I could squeeze out the side. My ears where behind my head. I guess I am still a bit flxible LOL. That was a first. Its healing now. Anyway, just thought I would share my not so fun experience

Damb bro!!! I wish you the fastest recovery. I had an incident with the calf raises. I added 5 plates (instead of the usual 3) - why? Who knows. Well, I couldn't get the friggin thing back up - talk about pain!! I finally got my legs out but what pain. Mind you, after the healing, I felt like a real dumbass.

Same thing Randy… i discovered how flexible i am when getting trapped like a rat (but hey, a muscular rat ;D ) on the legs press! It was the first time i saw my toes that near ;D
And your calf? Will it be a long remission? is it already 100% ok?
