Ok… are we talking about 8 plates each side here? If so, i'm not man enough for this thread ;D (Are many reps? Under parallel?) ps: Isnt what Ronnie did in is last DVD? Sorry boys I really f@#&ed up. I re-read the thread and I meant to say my leg press is at 720 not my squats. I'm only at 360 for squats. Sorry for the confusion. Please don't flame me!!!

Oh Boooooo!!! I was all worked up for Pic's. Not fair. Now you need to work on a 720 squat..

No problem Terry, but like Randy said, you can be completely forgiven if you work on that 720 lbs squat... and bring pics in a couple of days (i'm ok with "couple of weeks")

I love squating.. man leg day is the best day of the week. A while back I had some fluid in my knees but that is gone now. I was thinking now i'm getting older each year that I should be using knee wraps or sleeves when I do squats and stuff now. I wanted some other viewpoints on this. Thanks guys.

I use wraps all the time on my heavier sets...........never had a knee problem.
Been squatting for decades and always used them.
Started out as a competitive powerlifter,so I have used heavy weights (for me anyway) for decades.
I personally don`t think they are bad to use,and the message boards give them a bad rap.
Your quads are still gonna` grow, because your quads are still helping to move the weight......the wraps just provide stability and psychological support, as well as helping to supporting the joint.
Just my opinion!
If you notice most training videos of the pros, they usually all wear wraps.....the ones I`ve seen anyway.

I ordered the Harbinger knee wraps from Bodybuilding.com and I am pleased with them. I was having some knee pain from a training incident back in the winter, Tim recomended using the wraps and they have helped alot! Thanks Tim!
