What's the best way to warm your elbows up. My right elbow has been bothering me, what's the best way to warm them up?

Joe, since the last 2-3 years, i also need to warm my elbows… something i never have to do before… i must become older ;D
What i'm doing is 3-4 light sets of warm up for my first excercise and 1 for the next excercises. For exemple on my triceps workout, i'll use 60 lbs on the press down for 4-5 reps…wait approx 30 secs (the time for my training partner to do the same) and push 4-5 reps with 70 lbs… 30 sec, 4-5 reps with 80… and finally with 90. After that i'll do my first work set to failure with 120 lbs/11-12 reps and do all my other work sets on the press down. On the second excercise, two hands over head extention, i'll do one warm up of 4-5 reps with 75 lbs… before doing my work sets to failure with something like 110 lbs.
Good luck!
Mo
