I believe it's finally got me , I use my hands mostly for work i'm a painter , this last year i've been experiencing more then normal pain in both hands just under the thumb in that fatty area of the palm, just thinking its carpal tunnel.
So maybe some wrist supports would help? friend of mine has it and he says he'll wear the wraps for a few hours in the morning after doing som simple hand excercises, then put them back on in the after noon for a few hours and it's helped him alot he has no more pain.
Anyone with some knowledge here would be greatly helpful.

I have no clue on what to advise you Mac,but that sucks.
I hate having to deal with pain that tries to get in the way of my living.
Good luck with it!!

Have you tried using a hand grip? Sounds like you do a lot of low motion constant gripping.

I think this pain is being caused by taking in products that have asparteme its flairing up my arthritis now I have to read everything that I buy thats low calorie to make sure no Asparteme is in the ingredients.
