Not sure if im making a mountain out of a molehill but better to be safe than sorry.
What i wrote in my training journal about my arm yesterday (please see if you havent already) about the pain in my arm. Its still there today.
Its not the usual muscle pain/stiffness i get after a workout, this actually hurts to straighten my arm at all. The pain is coming from the bend in my arm, as in the other side of the elbow, i dunno if that has a different name other than the bend, lol.
I dont know if maybe i pulled a muscle or what it is but was just wondering if i should see a doctor about it or wait for the weekend to pass to see if there is a difference?

If it doesn't go away, the smart thing to do is have it looked at...preferably by a good sports medicine MD.

could be your bicep tendon-have you tried icing it?

could be your bicep tendon-have you tried icing it? Forgot to reply to this sorry. My arm is all better now, i guess it just needed a few days to heal. But ill try the ice next time to see if its a faster recovery. Thanks. ;D
