Does anyone else here have kneecaps that move around alot? My left one shifted on Saturday when I was posing with a friend and all I can say is Ouch!!! apparently I have a very shallow femoral groove and that is why this keeps happening. My retinaculam on that side is also not very stable and it makes training quads a real P. I. T. A-literally! Any advice or similar experiences?

I hear ya` Beckie but I have my own set of pain issue with my lower back!1 I guess we have to expext some injuries in this game since we pit our bodies against cold black iron on a daily basis........sounds kind of demented doesn`t it ? LOL At least we can still train,so that`s a good thing!! #arockon6ha#

True Tim,just because I'm the injury queen, doesn't mean I'm going to stop! Its all about 'management'!

Hi Becky; Sounds not too bad. Be very carefull ,warm up properly and dont go super deep. Wrap you knees good. Remove wraps after every set . Its a pain to keep re-wraping but its good to keep the blood flowing between sets. I just had surgery to my left knee because of a cartiledge tear. A set back but not the end of my competitive asperations. When in doubt ,back off abit.
