I was thinking we could have a thread dedictated to injuries you've recovered and bounced back from, how you injured yourself in the first place (so we don't make the same mistake), tips for recovery and anything else that might go here.
I didn't pay close enough attention to wrist form, because I was to busy checking my other body parts were in the right place.
My tendonitis has lasted around 2 weeks and I will hopefully be back in the gym next week. It's anoying because it's a bit of a pu**y injury but it's still stopping me from getting in the gym lol!
My recommendations for injury recovery are make sure it's fully healed before you step back in the gym (depending on injury), make sure you take in a lot of vitamins to speed up recovery and do research on what you have to better understand it and find out if theres anything else you can do to help.
I heard you can rub WD-40 into the skin around joint pain or tendonitis and it actually helps! Not sure how true that pointer is though lol.

Good idea! I've had alot of injuries so I'll go back through all my rehab notes and exercises and then post some more!
