Went to the doctor today for a follow-up. All seems to be going well. He injected some local freezing for me so I can workout with little to no pain. I'm going to be doing this weekly until the pain completely goes. What do you mean by "freezing?" Usually you are injected with a cortisone/steroid or lidocaine that sort of "blocks" the pain. I am glad to hear you slowly doing well!!!! ;D ;D Our back we use SOOO much and do not realize just HOW MUCH until we injury it!!!i He used freezing (not sure of the name) but it wasn't cortisone. It's used to freeze locally to apply stitches. Lasted about 4 hours.
