Hi folks. Not sure what I did to my left elbow.
Now my elbows have always had a nagging pain. I always use the neoprene sleeves when doing any pressing movement.
Anyway after my powerlifting meet My left elbow started to hurt. It hurts and feels very tight to supinate my wrist. It also feels slightly swollen. I iced the elbow on and off yesterday. There is no discolorization. I can do a pushup but not fully extend the joint. I am not sure if I hyperextended doing the deads during the meet or what? I will be taking a break from the gym this week, and I plan on monitoring it over the next 2 days.
any suggestions?

Sounds like maybe you did hyperextend it or strained it pretty well........a little extra rest should take care of it. Good there is no discolorization...seems like nothing tore.

Hope your elbow will be alright. Watch it close and don't push it too far. A few days rest is a lot better than 2 or 3 months recovery. By the way very impressive lifts
