Thanks guys and thanks for posting these Tim. At times I'm computer illiterate and to be honest, i've never even noticed this secion of the board I'm an iddiot! I usually spend time at General, intro, nutrition, training, contest prep and training logs.

Thanks alot guys! I'm working hard to make the improvements I need, more legs and better lower back as well as more lat width. My main focuses right now are legs and low back and I'm hitting them hard. I'm finally squatting and dead lifting again (didn't do those for over a year because of 2 hernias and surgeries) and my strength is coming back FAST!

THANKS ALOT BLOOD! It's great to know that I can HONESTLY assess myself and I see what others are seeing. I REALLY am busting my ass to improve my legs and the tightness in my lower back and legs. I'm also training calves twice/week for the first time EVER! My lats are getting wider which is so REWARDING ;D, but my leg size seems to do NOTHING, like always. They jsut don't GROW! Mys trength is getting better, but the size, if it's coming, is coming SLOWER than SLOW! I mean it's been over 2 months and I don't notice much difference

Kyle, Your delts & arms are HUGE. Nice detail in your midback as well! Now that you are back to squatting & deadlifting, your low back & legs should come up in no time. Keep plugging away. You look GREAT!

Thanks MrBig! The cool thing is when I wasn't dieted down I felt like my rear delts were VERY VERY weak. My biceps have alway sbeen big, but haven't really improved in size in a few years, just peaked slightly. As far as my mid back, it used to be so thick in comparison to my lat spread I was almost afraid to row, but I figured, I'd get teh width w/ time.
The bad thing is, I've been deading and squatting, but I don't seem to be growing in my lower body. I bust my ass, I work hard, it's just not coming very fast. My legs just don't grow like my upper body. VERY FRUSTRATING!
