Thanks MrBig! The cool thing is when I wasn't dieted down I felt like my rear delts were VERY VERY weak. My biceps have alway sbeen big, but haven't really improved in size in a few years, just peaked slightly. As far as my mid back, it used to be so thick in comparison to my lat spread I was almost afraid to row, but I figured, I'd get teh width w/ time. The bad thing is, I've been deading and squatting, but I don't seem to be growing in my lower body. I bust my ass, I work hard, it's just not coming very fast. My legs just don't grow like my upper body. VERY FRUSTRATING! I know how you feel kyle, I have always had a similar problem. For what it is worth, I really noticed much more improvement when I started working out legs 2x per week with high volume, though you have to eat more to compensate for burning more calories. The biggest thing is to be patient and realize that progress may come slow, but if you are consistant it will come. -Layne

VERY FRUSTRATING"!I can relate also.............legs and back were always the toughest bodyparts for me too.................I`ve tried almost everything but they are slow to comply!! They have made progress this yeear though!! After my contests are over,and I feel "safe" so to speak,I may try your suggestion Layne.

The best gains I did get when doin legs, was right before my hernia. I was going very high volume. Workouts were long and brutal. I'd front squat, squat, leg rpess and sometimes hack and then finish w/ leg extensions. It sucked. I don't know about twice/week! I could try, but it'd mess up my whole routine. I'm giving the P/R/S a big chance and I love it. My lats are getting wider fast, but my arms seem to be moving nowhwere and my legs, well you know about thos lil bast*rds!
