Bumping up Paul`s pics for any comments or critiquing!!
Personally ,I think he look`s way ahead of schedule and should be ripped to shres in 8 weeks.
Also in the contest pic, good abs and great quads, with good overall balance!

I think that he is on track for 8 weeks out. After he dries out and gets a tan he will look awsome. How much has he gained since the first photo... it looks somewhat drastic to me, but I could be off. Great delts, quads, tris, abs and calves... for 8 weeks out man, wow!

Cheers for putting up the pics tim.. I was 192lbs onstage at my last show but to be honest i was not carbed up enough and that cost me 2nd place.... I am currently 198lbs but much harder and fuller than before i anticipate that i will be slightly lighter onstage but shredded to bits.. some of my condition is down to cycleing my carbs for the first time (cheers Tim).. i will keep you all posted ..... cheers Tim for the support..

cheers Tim for posting these picsup..
i won't go into the details of my AAS course but i will be using supplements to drop water and harden up over the next 2 weeks so the next pics there should be a big improvement...
