Well i guess 1st place is all i could ask for after the pain of the 12 or so weeks of diet and training.................................................................................and 1st place is exactly what i got...... ;D Thanks to Tim and all the other board members for all your support i will get a stage pic to Tim to post as soon as i get one........

Goals are what makes champion's mate and that is the truth...
now that i have completed my contest prep i will have more time to invest in helping with my comments on Tim's board i will repay all the support i have had from Both Tim and this Board..... ;D

Cheers guys not been around lately been working hard catching up......on some family time after 9months of dieting...
inspiration not sure about that but i do believe that knowledge is only valuable if it is shared.
I am now preparing for an attempt at getting an invite to the NABBA british finals next May i am thinking about starting a training log as a payback to Tim for his support whilst dieting for my last show.....

yea i would like to know how Your diet looks like. How EXTREME is it? How low in carbs and cals did you go??? I learned in nutrition class a day ago that going below 1200cals in any diet is dangerous (duh). I will be looking forward to reading your log. And you can possibly drop by my training log and give me some pointers as well...as bodybuilding may actually become my career...if not ..i'll probably be working at 24hr fitness...or be a Muscle Chef....cooking stuff thats healthy and starting a restaurant...
