Hi! We both compete in bodybuilding here in Canada. In June, I won a regional show where I took first in the heavyweights and then went on to win the overall (and a big TV). I also won the 2004 Alberta Masters Champion title at this show (qualifies me to compete nationally as a master, but I'm only 37 and you have to be 40 at the national level, LOL). 200 lbs. My wife, Lori, placed 2nd in the heavyweights and 2nd in the masters. 127 lbs. Two weeks later, earlier this July, we both placed 3rd in our weight class at the next level (Alberta Provincials) which qualifies us to compete at the Canadian Nationals next year. We also placed 2nd in the couples (mixed pairs). We're already well into training and bulking for next year. Most of these are quick snaps with my digi-cam... still waiting on the pro pictures. Man are they expensive Once again Tim, thanks for the invite over here Regards Troy Damn, Lori sure has an incredible mid-section eh?

Greetings Troy,
Your pictures aren't showing up. Must be a problem with the web browser I am using(Mozilla).
Congratulations on your and your wife's success.
See that you hail from(from what I have heard and read) Canada's most spectacular province, Alberta and also the home of the leader of the Loyal Opposition in the Canadian Parliament. The only place I've been in Canada has been Niagara Falls, spectacular but a tourist trap also.
Take care and all the best to you and your wife.

Hey thanks guys! J65, Alberta's a pretty nifty province in that it encompasses everything from prairie lands through a portion of the Rocky Mountains. But, I'd have to say British Columbia is our most spectacular province. Gerry, we're currently bulking for the 2005 Nationals. Who knows what'll happen WireNWood, it's pretty cool. It's funny, we originally got into competing in order to do couples. Couples has ended up being more of an "add-on" than anything else and is not the main focus, though we still do it each year. Thanks for fixing up the pix Tim, I think the site I was linking to goes offline at night (well, night my time). It's nice to be eating again but we always find the change in body quite tough to deal with. It's funny, we never seem to be happy, LOL!! T
