Great effort in losing 90-100lbs in 14 mth!! U shld stop dieting and start CLEAN BULK or Carb Cycling (More High carbs day) to increase lean muscle weight. Gd Luck!

I would eat 6-8 small high protein meals a day,cycling carbs,training 4 days a week,and see how I respoded.
You certaily do not need to "cut",just eat good, and train hard!!

thanks for the kind words and support everyone, i really appriciate it! i have decided to go bulking style, my goal is 200lbs (90kg) maybe even more depending on what my bodyfat levels are like right now im 183lbs and 6'4, probly ~10% maybe lower bodyfat, although im not sure, i wouldnt be anything over 10% i dont think a good friend at my gym (an instructor that always does me measurements) says i would look awesome at 90kg ripped, i reckon i could go higher though i'm taking a week break right now, i have really over trained myself in the past year (err only 2 weeks break a bit over a year ) them back to a new lifting split (i'll post for comments when i've gotten is basically down!) and more calories (YUM i love eating)
