Mrbig, DUDE! GREAT work! You can definitely see a noticeable difference in your body! Keep it up! Th great thing is you can see definition in your back my friend. KEEP PUSHING IT!
Any way you could put something in a journal for us to see your training/diet routine (If I missed that you ahve a journal I apologize)

You guys are THE GREATEST!! I came back & looked at this post after almost a week off of dieting & training due to "unforseen circumstances" & I see some wonderful comments to get me fired up again!  Thanks for the encouragement & kind words!! Alrighty, back to this  so I can get this result  this Saturday. |
