Hey I just joined and decided to post a few pics just so I could get a little feedback on what i should work on. I've been training for about 10 months now I'm 25 - 5'10" 175 pounds (the pics posted were from about 2 months ago@165) and started training to add some mass since my start weight was 130.
thanks
marc
how do you add pics?

Marc, welcome to the board......I`ll be much better able to respond to any questions you might have here as opposed to e-mailing them.......I`m falling too far behind with a lot of people that correspond with me lately. I will send you that routine ASAP though. Thanks again, for joining. Here`s a thread that explains how to upload pics.......if you still have a probl;em with doing it,just e-mail them to me and I`ll gladly post `em up!! timwescott.proboards18.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1109446999

LOADS of potential there! Tim was right, you sure don't carry much bodyfat at all! Nice tiny joints & full muscle.. Tiny, tiny, TINY waist. Do you know what it measures? Nice sweep on the quads as well. Whatever you are doing, keep it up b/c it's working well for you. Welcome to the board....

Wow.. You are right, you look MUCH bigger than your stats would suggest.. This sport is ALL about illusion, though, so as long as you LOOK big w/a small waist & joints, measurements mean NOTHING! Keep up the GREAT work....

You look great! Yeah creatine is a very good idea. As far as brands go, I would suggest if your budget is tight, leave the Celltech stuff on the store shelf. Plain creatine added to a juice (like grape) is good. 5 grams daily

Is there anything I should look for on the label - anything to stay away from? Because I'm usually careful with supplements because of all the extra crap in them.

Plain ol creatine monohydrate is what will do the trick... cheap too. Look into VPX products... they have a good message board as well with good information.
You look stout and lean... good job!
