Frank and his wife were just great at the contest....it was a pleasure meeting them and I hope we bump into each other again which I`m sure we will.

Someday I'll post a couple of before and after pics, when my wife was 225 lbs, and I was 180 lbs, with a 44 inch waist!
We have transformed ourselves with a better, healthier lifestyle.
Saph..my wife thought you were pretty cute too!
