It would be great to keep changing it about a pound a week.
I`ll post a few diet suggestions for you that might help later in this thread.......kinda` busy today.

Hey Bro no hurry at all I've had 3 hours sleep in the last 24 been out fishing and I really need to get back to bed and sleep somemore so i'm fresh for the week ahead.
You have a wonderful 4th holiday i'm off tuesday and will be back then, still,,,, no rush on diet LOL

WOW!! looking great man. BIG DUDE!! Thanks Rube I loved being big now its time to play slim guy LOL I had to hike up a hill last night about 1/4 mile and had to stop 3 times if I had to run for my life i'd just give up and turn and fight because I would'nt be running very far..........

What other veggies do you eat? I'd recommend broccoli,courgettes,green peppers,green beans,cucumber,mushrooms,bean sprouts,avocado(for good fat,can be used as a spread)... For starch most of us 'bodybuilder types' go through a ton of oats,sweet potato,brown/basmati rice... good fats include almonds(a small handful is sufficient),sunflower and pumpkin seeds,avocado,olive oil,fish oil,flax oil. You might like to add in a fatty acid supplement like fish or flax oil,its not that expensive but is good for hormones,skin and fat soluble vitamin/mineral absorption

Thanks Beckie I am going to be adding more veggies to my diet already started with salad type veggies, Bell pepper and cucumber and bought Yams yesterday going to bake a bunch up so I have them on hand.
I had a set back on some personal stuff which really sucks but also another learning experience to add to the pot of wisdom but i'm back up on my feet, one day at a time...
