Looking good Steve...big props!! #arockon6ha# How much weigt did you lose in the 13 weeks? Your biggest problem is your posing..............if you posed better, you could definately show your physique off to better advantage. Not a flame on you, just constructive criticism. Look at poses in mags and practice, practice, practice!! Enjoy your food while you can my friend!!

STEEVE-O! Hells yeah brosoff! You are looking great. Your legs are dialed in too! Dude, you're going to be looking AWESOME come October my dog! As Tim said, just work on that posing. My suggestions, buy Perfect Posing, buy Arnolds Encyclopedia and buy an IFBB show from the bag of a bodybuilding mag, preferabbly something w/ Shawn Ray and Flex Wheeler or Melvin Anthanoy and Darrem Charles. Watch the pro's pose in a show on a DVD and it helps tremendously, then practice, practice practice. We'll talk more about EVEERYTHING! Awesome job bro!

Excellent progress. When you step onto the stage things may come ultimately down to the posing. Last show I was in on of the judges told us that the top placings came down to the posing! That alone may separate you from the others. I came in second, so I know that's one area I'll really be hitting hard the next few weeks! Good job and keep it up.

They have definitely progressed and that is the main point. Just keep at them and they will eventually get thicker like you want them to be! I find lots of heavy rows to be good for that-T Bar,Bent over rows, wide cable and Hammer rows
