Thanks, guys. Still many weak points and a ways to go. Again, thanks to Tim and many of the people on this board that I've learned from over the past couple of years about contest prep. I've been lifting for over 20 years but contest prep is a whole different ball game!

Congrats on your recent contest!!! You look REALLY good!!! I LOVE your back double bicep shot!!!! I also REALLY LIKE the last pose in your red trunks. You can see almost every muscle in your left thigh in that shot!!!! I love a man with built legs!!!! You did great!!!!!!

Thank you again for the kind words. I guess if I'm genetically gifted in an area it would be legs. I just have to learn to control them properly on stage. It's everywhere else I have to work at!

Looking very, very good Bob! So was it your first contest? If so, are you addicted to the stage now? no doubt... Congrats again! Mo

Thanks, Mo.
This was my second contest. The first I did about a year and a half ago, then went through a cross-country move, new job, getting my kids settled to a new home, etc. I've been training the whole time but decided to try the stage again this past winter. I'm looking to do 2 more shows this year, both within the next 5 weeks. I think my goal is to win a pro card within the next year, or at least win a Masters division.

Good conditioning, Bob. And posing looks solid. Any questions re posing, just ask.
You should consider Masters Nationals for the future (when you turn 40). Good job!
